• Started work in Johannesburg, South Africa.  Sold Life Insurance for Liberty Life 01/90 - 01/91
• Worked in various IT related positions for Teljoy TV Hire 02/91 - 02/96.  Eventually became Systems Manager for their Cellular Division.  Lived in a fancy rented house in Norwood, Johannesburg.
• Met Leanne in 1990, and eventually married her on 09/04/94.  Lived on her parents huge property in Kyalami, Johannesburg for a short while.
• Bought house in Bryanston (Johannesburg) in January 1996, but when an opportunity presented itself to work in Australia, decided not to go through with the purchase.
• Left SA for Australia in Feb 1996.
• Worked as General Manager for Computer Answers in Sydney, Australia from 02/96 till 02/97, where I assisted in closing down an unprofitable operation.  Lived in Mosman, Chatswood and Neutral Bay, in housing supplied by the company.
• Joined BHA Computers in Brisbane, Australia 03/97 - 02/98, where I was Account Manager for a number of large telco's in SE Asia.  Lived in huge upmarket apartment in Kangaroo Point with stunning views of the river and city.
• Joined Iridium South Pacific in Melbourne, Australia 02/98 - 09/98, where I was responsible for setting up their billing system.  Lived in amazing house in Armadale, a suburb of Melbourne.
• Once systems were set up in Australia, I was invited to join Iridium LLC in Washington DC, USA 10/98 - 05/99.  During this time I also assisted with the setup of billing systems in Phoenix, Arizona.
• At this time the marriage started breaking down, and on Valentine's Day 1999, Leanne walked out. 
• Iridium started to run into financial difficulty, and in an attempt to save the marriage, I returned to Melbourne in early May 1999.  Leanne refused to see me.
• Eventually, broke and emotionally drained, I left Melbourne for Sydney, where I contracted to Vodafone, from  07/99 to 12/99.  Lived in tiny bachelor flat in Neutral Bay.
• Divorce was finalized in June 1999, and have regrettably not seen or heard from Leanne since.
• In December 1999 I left Australia for the UK, and joined Geneva Technology in Cambridge, UK on Valentine's Day 2000 as Account Director.  Initially lived in shared house in Cambridge.
• In early 2001, I met Ceri through her ex-boyfriend, Mark, with whom I was sharing a house.  Shortly before leaving on a 4 week trip to South America on April 7 2001, I invited her to join me in Rio after my trip.  Spent an amazing 10 days together, and that was the start of what was to be a tumultuous 4-year relationship.  Ceri moved in with me to a lovely 3-roomed house in Cambourne, a new development 10 miles west of Cambridge.
• Left Cambridge for Madrid, Spain in Feb 2002, to continue as Account Director for Geneva Technology (now Convergys).  Responsible for Southern Europe.  Lived in stunning apartment in Chueca, the gay capital of Spain.
• Left Madrid on Dec 20, 2002 bound for Edinburgh, Scotland, via Portugal, northern Spain, France and England.  The position was Account Director for Scandinavia (still with Convergys).  I started this position in February 2003, after spending 2 months back in Cambridge.  Lived in a huge apartment, newly converted from a Women's Hospital.
• Introduced to Internet Marketing and launched first website in June 2003.  Site has since been sold.
• Left Edinburgh for Taipei in September 2003.  Program Director for the implementation of a billing system for new 3G operator in Taipei.  Lived in a reasonably sized 2-bed apartment provided by the company.  At the conclusion of the project, I was took voluntary redundancy in June 2004.
• Left Taipei for a 6-week trip through Thailand on June 25, 2004, during which Ceri & I ended our relationship.
• After a number of personal epiphanies, I wrote and launched on July 19, 2004 a website called How to Find the Purpose of Your Life.
• Extended the length of the holiday and opened and ran a Jungle Bar in Malaysia for 2 months.
• Returned to Taipei and then Edinburgh in late November 2004 to dispose of personal effects in storage.
• Left London and arrived in Cape Town on December 20, 2004.
• After a few months of dabbling, started development of Freedom Technology, a free email seminar, in May 2005.
• Launched Fresh Wisdom on December 1st, 2005, the book version of the Freedom Technology Email Seminar.
• Met Renate in early 2006 using an online dating site and commenced a relationship.
• Rushed to Thailand on May 7th, 2006 to assist with hospitalization arrangements after my father was involved in a high speed car accident.
• Returned to South Africa on August 27th 2006 after an exhausting 4 month stay in Thailand attending to my father.
• Auctioned (and successfully sold for $10,000) my first website in mid-December 2006.
• Joined a South African-based software company in January 2007 as Managing Director for Europe, responsible for expanding their solution (secure delivery of confidential documents by email) into Europe.
• Moved to London permanently in March 2007, after regretfully having to end the relationship with Renate.
