About: An IT and Telecommunications Professional who has directed the implementation of complex computer systems in 6 countries around the world.
Recently: A 2-year Sabbatical between 2004 and 2006, resulted in a spiritual journey of discovery through Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia. In early 2007, personal circumstances and a fortuitous opportunity combined to result in a return to the corporate world. Michael is now based in London, heading up a small IT solutions arm of a global company, while continuing the journey towards enlightenment.

How Life Really Works: The website created solely to give away copies of the totally rewritten original book. Why? Because the dominant worldview of the Western industrial civilisation does not serve us well, either as a collective humanity or as individuals. Its major doctrines are a fallacy. It promotes a way of being and a strategy of life that is ultimately ineffective, destructive and unfulfilling. It wants us to believe that winning the competition for money, possessions, social position, power and fame is enough to make us happy. This is not true, and in this regard, Western civilisation is under the spell of a major delusion. Michael's new book explains how our current civilisation came to be.
